Bilang pinagkatiwalaan ni Mayor Atty. Olga T. Kho na pansamantalang mangasiwa sa mga gawain ng pamahalaang lungsod sa kanyang ngalan, buong puso kong tinatanggap ang tungkuling ito nang may dedikasyon at katapatan. Kasama ang bawat lingkod-bayan ng ating lungsod, ipagpapatuloy natin ang mga programa at adhikain na naglalayong mapaunlad ang ating komunidad at mapabuti ang serbisyo publiko.
